The City of Philadelphia released a Request for Proposals to "conduct a feasibility study to examine Pay for Success-ready content areas. The feasibility study will focus on the following content areas, although pre-approved alternative content area focuses are possible: 1) reduce recidivism among returning citizens (also known as the formerly incarcerated); and 2) reduce the percentage of system-involved Philadelphia youth in out-of-county residential facilities, including truant students, those in or at risk of being placed in foster care, or those who have come to the attention of the juvenile justice system.

Responses to the RFP are due no later than August 1, 2014 at 5:00pm EST
