The Institute for Child Success, a Grantee of the Social Innovation Fund’s (SIF) Pay for Success program, announces its third annual Technical Assistance Competition. This technical assistance will help jurisdictions move towards implementing Pay for Success (PFS) financing to improve outcomes for young children.
ICS’s technical assistance will help states and local governments determine whether to pursue PFS financing to begin or expand services for young children and their families. This technical assistance includes beginning the significant groundwork needed to launch a procurement process for PFS if this model is found feasible. As with past cohorts of state and local governments that we have served, ICS will work with jurisdictions to conduct feasibility studies over a 9-12 month period.
Applications must be submitted by March 16, 2017 at 8pm ET.
